I have a model where there is an anomaly inside a solid model. I can not put in an inside fillet even though I have tried expanding and combining that part from all directions it still puts an external fillet. I could put a surface fillet in in solid works, but that defeats the object as I only borrowed solid works. I would also like to smooth out the redundant radii on the left and don't know how to do it.

I do not see any anomalies, only poor modeling practices.  Everything I see is logical result of the modeling practice.

This would not be correct in SolidWorks or in Fusion or and other CAD program.

Do you see any unresolved issues indicated in your Timeline?

Are your sketches fully defined?

Did you leave very thin gaps between faces?

Now examine Extrude19.  What do you observe?

Examine Delete Face2.  What do you observe?
