Smooth curved faces

Hi, I want to round these edges, but the face is very rough, im wondering if anyone has any recommendations for smoothing this out so I can fillet the whole edge?

Use the original imported curve make it Construction, as a guide

when replacing it (trace) with a fusion spline curve.
