Slicer missing top layers

Hello all,

when trying to 3D-Print a simple model, via the Fusion 360 slicer, I recognized that the slicer leaves out top layers. I tried to increase the numer of top layers in the machine settings, no success. Any hints?

The image shows a detail of the top of the object. One still sees the infill, no solid top shell is generated.missing top layersmissing top layers

Hello  davebYYPCU,

thanks for the answer but: no. There are no settings to leave out the top layer and the infill is set to 50%. The number of top layers is set to 5 (tried 2 before, changed nothing).

Perhaps the behavior derives from the fact that the object was created by cutting another one by a plane. The faces without the top layers are ones that were cut. But then how do i "solidify" these faces?
