Sketch palette not showing

Hello,

I have noticed a bug where the sketch palette did not show when drawing lines, rectangles etc...

Now I found out how to reproduce it.
When I have 2 files open and are both in an active sketch, the sketch palette only shows in the sketch started last.

After I finish one of the sketches the sketch palette shows in the other opened file window.

I have same proble, sketch palette is not showing.
I tried Ctrl + Alr +R with no effect on showing the palette.
I reinstalled the Fusion 360 and that did not help.

Hello , @teknikHCEMT @hpollina ,
Can you please try after upgrading Fusion to the latest version as we have already fixed this issue in current production version(2.0.17954).
Let us know if you still face this issue.

Having the same issue. Have  Fusion version 2.0.18441 x86_64, running on Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (19045.3930).

Reset to default layout did not help.

This is not fixed. Using Fusion 2.0.18950 arm64 [Native]

I'm new to Fusion, and I'm switching from my Fusion space to my video tutorial space a lot. Browser and Sketch palette flicker, then disappear entirely each time I switch back to Fusion. At least I can use the browser toggle key trigger for that, but the Sketch palette is harder.

I've worked around it temporarily by leaving sketch mode, clicking home at the cube, then reentering sketch mode and activating a drawing plane. Not sure how this has hung on for so long (through several releases). Wish my first post hadn't turned out to be such a rant.

I'm using version 2.0.18961 x86_64 and the sketch palette still disappears sometimes. The only way Fusion was still usable is because I knew I could change line type with the 'X' key.

But now I've found another workaround. While editing a sketch in your project, create a "New Design", click on "Create Sketch" in the new design and the sketch palette shows up. Now if you just close the new design tab, the sketch palette is still showing in the project you were previously working on.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!!! I am still having this issue and my Fusion JUST updated to the latest version 2 nights ago. Neither reset layer nor CTRL+ALT+R was working. I was losing my mind! This workaround is the only thing that's consistently worked. Very much appreciated!

I can confirm this is still happening as of 2.0.21550 arm64. The only thing that fixed is for me was the above workaround, to open a document and start a sketch. Then it's active again in all windows. 😞 not great.

This is not fixed as of 2.0.21550 arm64. I just confirmed the below described workaround fixes it, but nothing else. Not resetting the workspace.

I can sympathize, although I'm not using Fusion any longer because, as an individual who is retired from an educational institution, I'm not pleased with Fusion's purchase policy for educational retirees. The policy is that there is no discount for edu retirees regardless of the length of the edu affiliation.
