Sketch offsets after finishing the sketch

I am using Fusion 360 version 2.0.10032 on a Windows 10 computer and I am having a strange offset issue.

I have a model that I created a plane on the face of some columns and then projected the corner points from the model below to create a duplicate outline from the model below. When I save the Sketch, then the Sketch will shift 5mm in one direction and because the end points are constrained to the points below, I can't move it. If I delete the constraints and then finish the sketch, it will still shift and then when I go back to edit the sketch, it lines up again so I can't manually line it up. Any Ideas what is going on or is it a bug and how do I work around it?

we'll need to see the design in order to see what is going on.  What is downstream of the sketch?  Are there any Move or Capture Position features?  If you can share the design, that will help.  Thanks.

Originally there were several items downstream and I kept deleting things until I only had the Offset plane and the Sketch and the shift still happened. I deleted the sketch and the Offset Plane and added them back and the problem is resolved and I can't recreate it with just the Plane and Sketch.

I PM'd the file before the deletions.

thanks for sharing the model, @poporacer .  It turns out that the offset is caused by this capture position in the timeline:

This captures the position of the Lid component, and causes it to shift by a slight amount.  However, the shift that you are seeing is not to the sketch that created the lid, that sketch (sketch1 in Lid) moves with it.  But, instead, the difference is between a sketch in the Frame component.  See the video (with audio) for more details.

Now it makes sense, I accidently saved a position change while working on the Assembly so the actual cause of the shift wasn't visible on the timeline when I was editing the the lid component!
Still trying to learn all of the ins and outs.

Thanks a Million!
