Sketch Mode unusable - macOS Big Sur (11.3.1, Intel) and Fusion 360 (2.0.10148)

Hello!

I got the latest Fusion update installed yesterday. Since then, I can no longer work with the sketch mode. When I open an existing sketch for editing, it happens every second time that I cannot select any elements. Closing the sketch mode doesn't help either. Only when I close Fusion 360 and restart it does it work again ... once.

Does this happen with only one design, or any design, including completely new designs with only one sketch?
