A model sketch can be made visible by going to the Browser, in the 2D drawing, and turning it on.  Looking at your screen capture, your sketch folder is hidden.  I cannot tell if the sketches in it are off or on.  Sketch lines, in the drawing space, are always, what I call Phantom lines.

You are having graphic card driver issues.  You border and title block are messed up and broken.  There have been numerous forum posts lately where the drawing workspace is not displaying correctly and they had to update their graphic drivers to get it to clear up, especially if you have a Radeon Graphic card.

Hi @crfarmer

This issue is caused by a recent Windows update that has rolled back certain Graphics drivers, it appears that AMD cards are most affected. The good news is that most of the reported cases have been resolved by updating the graphics driver.

If you update your graphics driver directly from the manufacturer's website (NOT via Windows update), it should resolve the issue. Fusion has a built-in tool that will identify your graphics card, see below. Clicking on "Check for GPU driver update" will take you to the manufacturers' website. From here you can find and install the correct driver.
