Sketch: Dimensions tab missing

As usual, I am new to the software. I try to add a dimension between two dots, but it shall be the distance parallel to the X axis and not the default "shortest path" between those two dots.

I assume I need that extended "Dimensions Tab" which includes "Arrange Dimensions" and so on... as seen here on this help page: https://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=DWG-ARRANGE-DIMENSIONS
But where do I find this?

Thanks

Hi @dufner_dominik

The 'dimensions' dropdown is actually a section in the Drawings environment.  There is not yet a command in the sketch environment that is similar to arrange/tidy up in Drawings.

Sorry, I skipped the first part of your question. To get the right dimension 'direction', it will depend on where you move your cursor while you are assigning the dimension. Like this:

I recommend that you attach your file for demonstration using your actual geometry as I see other issues as well.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
