Sketch dimensions disappear after calibrating canvas then dragging sketch curves

If you choose to calibrate a canvas (accept or cancel the calibration) when editing a sketch, and then you drag sketch curves, this causes the sketch dimensions to disappear. You can make them reappear by unchecking and rechecking the Show Dimensions checkbox in the Sketch Palette.

Dragging the sketch dimension itself also causes it to disappear.

Calibrate Canvas is not a sketch command, and should not even be allowed during sketch mode.  We will fix this underlying problem.  Thanks for reporting it.
