Sketch Dimension alignment selection

Where has the option to constrain sketch dimensions to the; vertical, horizontal, or aligned gone to? It used to be a RMB click while dimensioning in the sketch. As seen in the following video at 1:28.

Are you in 2D sketch or are you really in 3D sketch?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

I'm in 2D sketch. I'll share a file later. I'm not at the computer at the

One thing to note is you need to have made a selection (line or 2 points) first.

Yes sir. I was in the middle of dimensioning a sketched line. Hit the RMB
expecting to see the menu as it had always been there. When there was no
menu to constrain the dimension.

I opened another file and every thing was fine. It seems to be just this particular model. attached is a screen shot of the issue along with the design file.

Sorry All.
It was reading the line as horizontal and didn't need to do anything else.
