Sketch a helix along a path

Dear Fusion 360, please can you sort out allowing being able to draw a helix along a path as this is a big deal.

Coil Tool, or

Sweep with twist angle,

does not work for you?

Completely understand the coil tool but it is a fixed profile and only goes in a straight line. 

Sorry I forgot to say the reason why I need to sketch a helix along a path is because the path is a wavy spline, meaning not straight.  I fairly sure you could do this in Onshape back in the day when using that.  Just surprised you can't do this in Fusion and am a bit stuck.

You can use a surface sweep with twist to create a helix along a curve. Use the edge of the surface for any further features, don't use project include 3d geometry in a sketch as that will be less accurate. See attached file for example.
