Simulations stucks at 1%

For any simulation you do, even in the case of only a linear load on a bar it remains loaded at 1% and does not advance even if you leave it for a long time.

Thank you @osa065 for checking again. We've encountered a new technical difficulty where clearing queues isn't taking effect for some accounts. We're actively pursuing a solution, and will update this thread accordingly.

Thank you for providing the log files.

I found the submitted jobs on the back-end, and the latest job was not stuck. Instead, it ran for seven hours and failed during the meshing stage.

If you attach the f3d we can check the geometry to investigate why the mesh failed.

Did the solve complete? I suspect the meshing / solving was taking a long time for your specific model when Job Status displayed 24% progress for an extended time.

If you're still having issues, please attach the f3d model and log files. I'd be happy to take a look.
