We appreciate the follow-up you're now able to receive the results. If possible, we'd like to investigate the job that seemed to take an inordinate amount of time to solve. In order to do so, we'll need to first take a peek at the Fusion diagnostic log files.
If you can spare the time, please attach the zip file and email it to: hugh.henderson@autodesk.com and the Sim Engineering team will be able to take a look ASAP.
