Simulation Good, Part result bad

I am working on a little Nine part Die .   I programmedScreenshot (454).pngScreenshot (455).pngScreenshot (456).png it and ran the simulation,  all looked as expected.   The result was a waste of three hours machining time and a bad part.  A worst,  I don't what or ever when it happened .   I am going to try to attach the program,  the G code I rand and pictures of the result.

Thanks

JB

Don't really know how to add to my post so I'm replying .    I adjusted some settings to speed up and fine tune the program .   I then ran it in wood and seen its happening in the profiling feature.   The profiling section only last a few minutes and that is when the same thing happened.  So any thoughts look at the profile,   Thanks

I figured it out,  unbeknownst to me I was ruining compilation in control .  I guess the last time I ran the profile tool it must have been in the control and it defaulted to that for this time, or I set it to default last time but I don't really remember what I did back then,  I just know its a mistake I won't make again ,  I'll look at that setting the rest of my life LOL.
