Simulation fails to solve silently

When I try to solve it fails without any kind of explanation why. Images attached below.

I noticed it doesn't tell me how many cloud credits I need either.

Sorry I didn't respond sooner but we were having some issues on Wednesday with people being unable to click solve and this could also have manifested as a solve failure. The issue was fixed after a few hours, are you able to solve now? If your solves are still failing, choose Help | Support and Diagnostics | Diagnostic Log Files and send me the zip.
