Sign is Failure (The was an error while loging in to Fusion 360.)

 We need help in solving this problem. For two months now I can not run Fusion on one of the workstations! 

I tried many different ways to solve the problem and nothing helped.

Hi @IgorKlints,

Thank you for posting about the issue.  When Fusion communicates with our server, it checks the system time on your machine and  you will need to adjust the time if it is incorrect. That's one thing you can check quickly.  

If that does not help, please attach the following log files here:

• Application log files
• Web Services Log files

Please refer to this article for how to collect these log files manually. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Recently I installed the Fusion360 software and after opening for one time it's popping u the same notification. I triied and checked all the methods but can't able to figure it out. Here I have also attached the log files. Please help as soon as possible.

thanks for posting!

It seems that you use Windows 8 which is not supported by Fusion 360. Please update your operating system at least to Microsoft® Windows® 8.1 (64 bit) according to System requirements for Autodesk Fusion 360 

1. Can you successfully sign in to Fusion Team here ?
2. Have you changed the email address associated with your Autodesk Account recently? For more information, see this article.
