Sign in problem on Win

Hello
I have the same problem reported in this post:

I cannot sign in and the suggested procedures don't work (reset before launch).
I can also see that the folder with my user is missing (there is "unknown").
My "Neutron Platform" doesnt contain any suggested file.
The cloud storage (https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/my) is ok and all my files are there.
Please note I havent logged in and used the SW for 2 years .....
WHat to do ?
