Sign in problem on Win

Hello

I have the same problem reported in this post:

I cannot sign in and the suggested procedures don't work (reset before launch).

I can also see that the folder with my user is missing (there is "unknown").

My "Neutron Platform" doesnt contain any suggested file.

The cloud storage (https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/my) is ok and all my files are there.

Please note I havent logged in and used the SW for 2 years .....

WHat to do ?

1. What version of Fusion do you have? 

Also can you please try the below? 

  1. Close Fusion
  2. Go to  C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Identity Services\idservices.db

Can you delete the idervices.db file and then restart Fusion?

Hello

1) I dont know the ver as I cannot launch the SW. The FusionLauncher.exe is dated Dec 2022.

2) There is no such dir. See pic

@piret.uustal @It’s likely you are on a very old version. Please uninstall Fusion and download the latest installer and install Fusion. This should help.
