Shortcut Key Customization gone!

Dear Support

I am on the premium Version. I encountered various times that the program did not save my login, even tough I use the "remember me" setting. This is quite annoying, I'd rather not experience it.

A big issue pops up only later: all my customizations are missing, without notice! How can I get them back?

It sounds like you login/logout often. Are you using more than one computer when you find that shortcuts are missing?
