I cant figure out what I'm doing wrong. "Sled Base" 'Body 1'  folds flat pre-"mirror" command, but after "mirror" command, one end doesn't fold down.

I have combined the mirrored bodies into one body, yet still the solution evades me.

Any help is appreciated!

Can tell you why it's not working, found the fix.

Mirror command is joining across the mirror plane the big end faces, and not joining the small end faces.  (Super small alignment error)

Maybe the separate sketches used for the side and small end bends, don't know.

Could even come down to patterned blue sketch articles that are not fully constrained (horizontal / vertical) to get the angle error in message 2.  Means the bend lines at short end are not square to the mirror plane.

Yup.  Talked myself into it.

Might help...

Thank you!! This helped me to fix it. I constrained (perpendicular) the blue sketch line you have highlighted to the purple line and it all sorted itself out.

Much appreciated.
