sheet metal panels with complex geometry

I am trying to recreate a sheet metal panel with more complex geometry than something I'm used to.  I am having trouble making this.  Some of the problems I'm running into are adding angles to flanges.  Attached is a File of the panel I am trying to recreate.  If someone could help me or explain to me the most efficient way to create a sheet metal part with geometry like this I would greatly appreciate it!

Hi,

If you want to create a sheet metal part via convert, you have to pay attention to a constant material thickness (adjusted bending radii) in addition to the cuts.
In the screencast I show how to do this with a simple object.

Thank you.  I will watch this video and try it out.  Is there a way to make this part only using the sheet metal aspect in fusion 360?
