Sheet metal corner relief problems.

I think sheet metal needs edge sets like the fillet command for situations where you can't create all the flanges at the same time.

Here's the corner relief you can get pulling 3 flanges at the same time.

But if you need to pull one edge higher and use 2 flange features you get this corner. You can workaround this creating all 3 flange in one feature then press pull the top face of one flange.

But this doesn't help if you need different angles on the faces.

And the problem if the faces are angled out.

Don't know if I missed something obvious that deals with these corner problems, files attached.

Thank you for pointing to this.

Yes, currently there is no feature which will help you to create the 3 flanges independently and 

add the round corner relief shape to it.

A work around for now would be to create the flanges in one shot, flatten the design and create circular extrusions at the corners.

This would be a great Post for our IDEA station.

Five years later and it seems that this issue still hasn't been addressed. Are there any new workarounds? I've tried unfolding, adding filets then refolding, but it's a bit messy. Thanks!
