Sheer ID problems yet again

My account was made by my instructor.  This was done to hopefully not go through the struggles of Sheer ID and getting educational access.  I can access fusion on the lab computer using the login provided my instructor and on my personal computer using fusion 360 online.  I wanted to install the software on my personal computer but when I go to the download page I am greeted with the following page...

"Check that your information below is correct, then click Confirm

All fields must be accurately completed to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. Thank you for helping us provide Autodesk tools for legitimate educational use around the globe."

Then it asks for email, name, country, institution type, name of institution etc.

After I confirm all the information is correct I hit the confirm button.

Here is the message I get "Apologies for the delay. The verification system is currently experiencing a problem. We’re working hard to resolve the issue. Please try again later."

This has happened 2 days in a row.  I am still not able to get access to the download page.

What do I do?????????

What you describe sounds more like a problem with the website.

Can you please share a link to the page where you are experiencing this problem? I'd like to reproduce what you are finding so I can report it for a fix. But it's not clear where you are getting this bad experience exactly, so a link will help me.

Since you have a login ID, I think you should be able to install Fusion 360 and login to it without all the student registration steps. All you need is the installer to download, because Fusion 360 installer installs the same exact Fusion each time. There is no different version for free/student/pro.

So perhaps you'll have success by not using the student pages. Please give this a try, download and install Fusion from here: https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/free-trial

Use these steps:

1. Pick your type as hobbyist/free use

2. Enter your information, name, email, zip code, etc.

3. Download the installer

4. Install, and login with your school ID that works in the school labs.

I have the same issue trying to renew educational license. Sheer ID is always, every year, "experiencing problems" with the verification. I have included a link to page below.

Hi @Anonymous,

Sorry for the trouble you're having. Have you tried again since posting the message yesterday?

If you continue to have difficulty with verification, could you please reach out to our education support team? You can do that via AVA here. Look for the "Create a case" link under the "Quick links" menu near top right.

Well, I'm having this problem in 2023 trying to sign up as a student.  I had to download a business free trial since it doesn't seem to be easy to see where to download a student trial.  I'll try again tomorrow to verify student account.
