Sharing Machines and Tool Libraries not working

On this link it is explained how to share Tool Libraries across users using Team Hub:

However, the behaviour I get is not the same. I don't have an Assets folder or the CAMTools folder. Then I add a new tool in my Manufacturing/Manage/Tool Library/Cloud/MyLibrary, the other members don't see the new tool. Uploading a *.tools into the Hub doesn't help. 

Is it still possible to share tools across users?

It is strange that you don't see the Assets folder at the top level of your Team Hub.
However, sharing through Tool/Machine Library should work just fine. Just make sure you are accessing the library from the correct hub as the Cloud storage is Hub specific.
