Shared file email download link not working, receiving an error message

Hi,

Recently a friend shared a file with me, I have clicked the download button on the top right hand corner and had the download links sent to me via email. Unfortunately when I click on the download file button from the emails sent to me from the Autodesk Fusion team (see pics below) I get a strange error message, does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 community! I noticed that the name of the shared file contains a comma and I think this is causing the issue. Could you ask your friend to remove the comma from the name, then please try downloading the file from the web again? Please let me know if this helps!
