Share file link Issues

When one of the users try to share a link of an assembly he gets the message:

"We cannot perform this operation. Fusion isn´t able to open the design at the moment. Please try again later or contact us."

However, he can open the assembly design and work in it. It is possible for others to share the link to the same assembly file. Also the user can create share links on other files (in the same project).

Any thoughts or soultions?

I've reported this a while ago and there is another thread that discusses this behavior.

Clearing the browser cache might help in some cases..
