I am getting this error message and I have no idea how to make it go away.  I want it turned off or I want it removed, I don't need it, don't want it and have never used it.  Currently it is preventing me from creating the EXACT same cam programs that I typically create with ease.

I think I have disabled everything possible after launching the "cam.f" from text command.  I just want to finish a project and go about the rest of my day and now I am at a complete standstill.

Setup sheet viewer has nothing to do with your issue. Can you share your file?
File > Export > Save to local folder. Return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

So, it is an issue with the parameters that I am trying to use for the toolpath?

Yep. One of your toolpath settings is wonky. It could be ramp setting, contour selection, lead in/out..

Ok....if I don't figure it out within the next 10 minutes or so, I will upload the file for your blessing.

The adaptive failure is being caused by your Helix settings (last tab; Passes), they're too high. Lower the value to .20" and you will get this:

Thank you!!  I'm just taken aback by this simple solution, being that I typically glaze over this setting and simply use the default parameter.

I am self learning this software as well as NC manufacturing.
