server problem installing fusion365

i have shearched soution in this forum.

 i`ve searched every where in this forum. however I can`t solve this problem still now. although, i turned my vaccine and firewall off before installing fusion 365 . finally i cant install this program.

The installation log shows the error "socket.gaierror: [Errno 11001] getaddrinfo failed"

This happens when the internet connection with Fusion 360 is unstable.
To resolve this error, follow below steps:

1. Perform a Clean Uninstall of Fusion 360.
2. Add exceptions for Fusion 360 to the firewall and antivirus software, or disable the anti-virus software.
3. Reinstall Fusion 360.
