self intersection on body

I just need to make this into a body to 3d print however I cannot finish the form. Please help the shape needs to stay the same too.

This can be repaired by using Repair, Make Uniform, Delete, Patch and Stitch.

There are a few areas where the tspline body folds onto itself.

1. I ended up first using the repair tool on the Utilities menu in Form.
   Then I used Make Uniform, from the same menu, choosing to remove T's.
2. Then I deleted the face you see above with the red colors on it.
3. Then the file converted and I could use a Patch / Stitch operation (in the Surface tab) to fill the hole.

Do you have the file by any chance? I am still learning the ropes with fusion 360.

Sorry but no. I checked the workflow on a development build and it would not be compatible. If you edit the form, and use the tools I mentioned, it should convert. 

@TrippyLighting can you think of any other way to solve this?

Of course I can. I told the OP to start from scratch in his other thread with this exact model.

I have done this for a long time and stand by what I said!

Chances are that the NURBS patch layout leads to other modeling problems.

I wish the OP good luck, he'll need it 😉
