Selection issue with Wrapped Pockets

Can someone please pick up on this issue that I worked on for someone else, it is a problem getting Wrapped Pockets with Islands to work properly, here is the link to the Thread that has the issue.

I have created CAM-24251 to investigate this issue, I'll report back when there is more info to share
