Section analysis only shows slice or full object

I have a strange problem, where section analysis just takes a slice of all bodies instead of cutting them in half. Please see the attached video for the problem in action.

I'm fairly sure that this has worked fine before. It does not matter whether I select a face on a body or a reference plane.

I run Fusion 360 in a Windows 10 VM inside VirtualBox. I usually run with lower graphics, but I turned them up when testing this.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

@TheCADWhispererYes, however, this problem happens with any file that I open, so I think you will find it to be OK.

What operating system?

What graphics card?

Windows 10, running in a virtual machine in VirtualBox in Ubuntu.

I don't have passthrough for the graphics card, so it is using the emulated "VBoxSVGA" card.
