Screw and thread constraint

Hello,

I am having a hard time understanding what to do when trying to Simulate Static Stress. 

I have an aluminum rod with an M12 screw on the end that should screw into an M12 hole of an aluminum profile.  Then I want to add a load on the end of the aluminum rod and do the simulations.
How should I constrain this contact (screw and hole)?  Is it enough to click ''Automatic constraints"?
