School Environment SSL Cert

I work in a school and am trying to install Fusion 360 and am getting the following error in the log file:



urllib.error.URLError: <URLOPEN error=""><URLOPEN error="">, url:https://dl.appstreaming.autodesk.com/production/67316f5e79bc48318aa5f7b6bb58243d/73e72ada57b7480280f...;



We have a transparent proxy on site but I have installed the certificate for it on the PC. I have also visited the web address listed above and that works and is not blocked by the proxy. Please could someone help with installing Fusion?



The target machine is Windows 7 x64 4gb RAM.



Fusion was installed on the computer before Windows was reinstalled and it had worked.
