Saving a product in McMaster Carr to insert into my drawing

Using Fusion 360, I have a design  named and saved.  When I try to insert a part into my drawing, I go to INSERT and choose McMaster Carr.  I go to the part and select it and then select Product Detail.  Then I select through the drop down menu a STEP format.   I only see a green DOWNLOAD button and when I click on it, nothing happens.  All the videos say it should be a SAVE button.  How come I have a DOWNLOAD Green Button instead of a SAVE button .  Here is a photo of my screen.

Normally you do not need a Save icon because the select item is inserted directly into your model design environment.

John H.  All the videos and instructions show you how to insert a McMaster Carr item into a drawing by clicking on the Product Detail which pulls up the drawing. Then the instruct you to click the SAVE button and this inserts the item into the drawing your working on.  When I get to that point do not get the SAVE button. I get get a green DOWNLOAD button.  When I click on it nothing happens.  Why don’t I get the SAVE button??

I have no idea the video(s) you are watching but to add a McMaster-Carr component to a Fusion 360 model is shown in the video (no sound) below.  You find your component, select the STEP format and click download.  In a few seconds it is insert into your model ready for you to position if if desired.

I opened up the McMaster Carr site using my browser and selected an item to download as a step drawing.  The drawing successfully downloaded to my download file.  I opened it up by selecting my Fusion 360 app. and the drawing of the item opened up as just the item.  I saved the item, then opened up the drawing I was working on.  Then by going back to the item I downloaded directly from McMaster Carr and inserted it into my drawing.  So that way it does work and nothing on my computer firewalls or anti virus software prevented me from downloading directly from McMaster Carr.    So my problem still remains the same and that is when I open my drawing, select Insert, select McMaster Carr, select an item in step format and hit the DOWNLOAD button, nothing happens.  Note:  I did try other formats and when I tried one that was not compatible to Fusion, a pop up window would appear and inform me that the format I selected was not compatible with Fusion 360.   So, I know the button will work when clicked but won't download an item directly into my drawing

The only thing I can suggest is to use the Repair option in the Fusion 360 Service Utilities.  Maybe it will help you get the application to work as it does for me.
