@oneturboneeded Sounds more like a network but can you please do the below?

1. Shutdown Fusion and restart your machine
2. Restart your router

See if this helps.

If this does not then go to

1. Add/Remove programs
2. Select Fusion 360
3.Select Modify

This will launch the Fusion service utility

4. Run the "gather system info"
5. Please attach the diagnostics logs.zip

@oneturboneeded Thanks for the logs. Will take a look. I assume the restart of your router did not work?

Also one more thing if you can try. Connect to your say cellphone hotspot and see if that helps? Essentially a different network.

I am trying to eliminate network here.

Certainly see the errors in the logs. Am consulting with our engineering team on this.

Hi @oneturboneeded

Can you confirm I understand the problematic workflow correctly:
1 You open your assembly
2 You save -> it succeeds
3 You save again -> You see job failing in the job status ?
4 You repair or clear Fusion cache, restart and reopen the assembly
5 Save works once and upload fails again on subsequent saves ?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Having more informations will speed up investigation.
If there is a possibility to jump on a call to investigate further, let know what would be a good time.

Hi @oneturboneeded

One additional comment, there has been some modifications in latest fusion update that might solve the issue you are facing. Could you update fusion to latest build (2.0.17244) and try the problematic workflow ?

Thanks
