Save "OK" Button does nothing

Hello everyone,

I just ran into an odd and frustrating error:

Currently I cannot save my data. When I go to the floppy disk in the upper left corner of the screen a window with the version description opens as usual. If I click on "OK" here, nothing happens (see picture). The file is not saved and the window does not close by itself as usual.
Saving as a new file is possible.

Can anyone help me with this?

The same issue for me. No saving possible.

Using Personal- no commercial edition.

Exact same issue here. One shoddy workaround is closing the tab. it autosaves your work.

Same here. Can't save my projects anymore

Another Workaround is to save the project as a new file.

Having the same issue. Thought it could be my licence running out, but same issue with both my private and my startup-licence.

Having the same issue. Thought it could be my licence running out, but same issue with both my private and my startup-licence. I thought one of my plugins was the issue. But deinstalling Fusion 360 (with Fusion_360_cleaner from Autodesk) and reinstalling did not help.

Hi,

@felix.matzik @hils.s @Anonymous @Anonymous

If you skim through yesterday's contributions, you will find various entries with similar content.
Just switch temporarily to the English UI.

Hello Günther,

I have switched the language from German to English and restartet Fusion. With the English language setting the "save" command is working. After a restart of Fusion with German language the problem is back again, no way to save the project with the command "save".
Do mean with to work "temporally" with the English version, as long until a bug fix will be released?

Hi Günther,

thanks for the reply! I changed the user interface to English and the save button seems to work properly again. But as soon as I switch back to German, the same problem occurs again.

Additional to my post:

I think this problem is linked to the update to version 2.0.9439

we apologize for the inconvenience and confusion caused here. Please work on the English UI and we are planning an update in as little as 3 hours from now that will allow you to go back to the German UI.

Please update to version 2.0.9440 which is now available. You should be able to get back to saving your documents using German UI. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Hello Rajkumar,

I have updated to version 2.0.9440 and the command "save" with German
settings (UI) is working again.
Thank you for the quick response with the update.

Best regards

Thomas
