Sorry dont have a screen recording for this.
Started creating a design but had not saved it so it was called untitled document.
Went to render workspace and got a message saying have to save it first.
Saved the document but didnt give it a name hit enter by mistake.
Document was saved called 'untitled document'
Not able to rename or do anything with it. Right clocking makes a couple of question marks appear at the top of the data panel.
Went to open on web. Was able to rename it here and the name changed in the data panel.
Still not able to open, rename or delete the design
In the end only way out was to download the design through the web view and delete it through the web view.
