save and export functions not working

i have multiple designs open and i am unable to save them, i am also unable to use the save as stl function and i am unable to use the export function

the problem is the same for everything. the save or export button does nothing. this is a critical issue, i have multiple designs i need to produce for clients and this issue has completely locked down our company's ability to do work.

it is starting to get infuriating how unstable and glitchy this software is. the high level of unreliability is starting to make me consider other software for our business.

I use Fusion daily and professionally as an engineer. I cannot say that I've ever experienced this. Can you provide more details?

Is there a chance you can create a screencast?

Are you using a team hub or personal storage?

What type of license do you have? Any chance it has run out while you were working? If you are using the hobby\personal license  how many designs do you have active, if all 10 you will not be able to save or export to a new design.

i ended up closing and restarting the program and that seemed to fix it.

to answer some of your questions, i have the paid version and it is not expried. i am also on a team.
