Sample of stuck Fusion during first launch of 2.0.17721

In case it's useful to an engineer somewhere, here's a sample of Fusion failing to come up completely after the first launch of 2.0.17721 arm64 [Native]. I don't think I was having any internet issues (it downloaded fine and I was able to do other things). It never got to the white splash screen. 

Killing it and trying again got me in.
