RTX 2060 very low performance on Design

Hello, I've been using fusion since almost more than 2 years now. It's a great software but ı'm having low performance with the RTX 2060 GPU. It happens even the most basic designs.

There is a screencast video show that when in "fillet feature" when turning the part around fusion experiences frustrating FPS drops.

I've been experiencing some frozing issue while working on a complex designs. 

I've been reading the posts on this forum a few months. Tried to uninstall and making a clean install of fusion and several things. Nothing improved the performance.

Please help

System:

intel i7 8750H and 16gb of ram.
