Rotate around cursor?

I seem to be stuck with the mouse rotation stuck around origin.  Which is ok in a lot of circumstances, but for zipping around a drawing or an object it's much easier to rotate around the current mouse position on screen.  Especially when things get large and/or complicated.

I can't find a setting for this.  Is it possible?

check your rotation type.  I think you want "Free Orbit" mode instead of "Constrained Orbit" mode:
