Robot designs not opening

I have been troubleshooting an issue with fusion on my laptop that allows me to only view certain designs. Most of the time when I try opening a design, the viewing screen does not show anything but a fixed grid and viewing cube that I can not move. Can't open previous versions either but I can open complex designs on other groups on my computer and I can open the problem designs on the web. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice. I can open the designs on other peoples computers on my account. I am really stumped, thanks for your help. It's too bad autodesk doesn't provide further support to students with an education licence.

@thelagomorph143 For those designs does Fusion go into a not responding mode on Open? Can you open such a design, then go into Help - Support and diagnostic - Fusion service utility - Gather system info - attach the diagnostic logs.zip file in here?

@thelagomorph143

Can you ask your instructor to join this discussion?

This is generally what instructors get paid to do.  (I did this for students for 30 years.)

Can you File>Export your *.f3d or *.f3z file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Thank you for the support, but I fixed the issue by going into help -
support and diagnostics - service utility - reset and repair fusion. Not
exactly sure what the issue was but this made things go back to normal.
Thanks!
