right click in model space and fusion 360 start up screen pops up.

After I launch Fusion.

I right click in model space and start up screen shows in model space. When I zoom, it goes away but keeps popping up every time I right click.

When I disable only my CPG AMD Radeon RX Vega 10. The issue goes away

When I have both drivers on and switch to opengl core profile, the issue goes away. 

I never had this issue before.

I'm getting this happening throughout workflow, but definitely with right click as well. Left side menu disappearing, splash screen popping up sporadically, I can't rename files or create new folders right now. Haven't been on in a couple of weeks and no one is really talking about it, but this is super disabling.
