Replace Component feature not appearing on context menu

I am on the latest version of Fusion 360 and the "Replace Component" command has completely disappeared from the context menu. I have tried right-clicking with component priority, and the result is the same.

@dovroar  I see you do not have a active timeline in your model, that makes it hard to go back and fix or modify things, without a timeline.  To turn it on: Link here

 

Another thing I would do is divide your design into sections also put your parts in there corresponding section as its own component tree, example: back wheel - bearings / wheel / spokes/ cog/ and so on all in the one file, makes things easier to find.

It looks like the design in the screen capture you shared is composed of only "local" components.  Meaning: defined within a single design, as opposed to "linked" or "external" designs, where that component is defined in a different design altogether, then inserted using Insert Into Current Design.

 

Replace Component is only available for external/linked components:
