Repeating Screencast Uploaded notification

Every time I boot Fusion 360 I get a "Screencast Uploaded" notification for a screencast I uploaded years ago. I found another posting where the problem was "fixed" by disabling the Windows notification for Screencast but I generally want notifications from Screencast, just not useless ones from long ago. How to fix this?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Screencast?
