rendering problem

Hi in a fusion 360 I have a issue when i try to make rendering trough cloud, after some second the program always close itself, do some one know why?

Did you send out the crash reports? Is it related to a specific design or for any design file? If it is related to a specific design, can you help to share the design file and we can do some investigation on it?
