Rendering gallery doesn't display thumbnail image or remaining render time

After the latest update I can no longer see thumbnails in the rendering gallery as they're rendering (local render). I also cannot view the render when I click on the thumbnail, and it doesn't show how much time is remaining. The thumbnail is completely blank while rendering, but does show up when it's complete. Is this a known issue, and is there a fix?

Nothing yet.. hoping Autodesk is fixing this. I can't cancel a render either once I start it. I'm losing so much time to this issue. 

Is there a better way to get this in front of someone who can help?

I'm not sure. I haven't had an issue in the past. This has hurt my time as well. I can't tell if it's even rendering.

The issue I had seems to be resolved. I shutdown my computer and updated Bios.. simple as that I guess! 

Give that a shot if you're still dealing with this.
