Render Still randomly missing appearances!

I can't believe this is still going on! Spent all morning faffing to get this to render on the cloud with all the bits coloured correctly! Please for the love of god sort this nonsense out! Render in canvas works OK as you can see below, but when actually rendered in the required resolution....
