Render doesn't start

Hi, so what happens is that neither the local nor the cloud renders seem to start, I've tried all resolutions, settings, but nothing gets any render to start, thank you.

Does it happen in all of your models or a specific model? could you share design? Here is how to share it

Yes, it's the same problem, except that I've never seen it work anywhere,
it's not even working with just a box with wooden texture, I don't think
sharing the work would help at all since it's just a box, but I'll try to
share it anyway

Thank you for replying, I actually tried the solution that was suggested in the similar thread you posted and it worked, (cleaned cache data) thanks again for the support 🙂
