Render Credit Error Persisting on Student Account

Hi everyone,

I’ve been having trouble over the past week with my rendering environment, and have been trying to find a solution to the issue of credit limits on my student account. I use the educational licensing for my university work and have done for the past few years. When going to render one of the components of the project it came up saying I was required to buy more credits, which I found odd considering the limits are usually set at 16 credits per render when I use below that threshold and unlimited credits are usually the notice that’s provided. I have used the cloud for renders which usually runs smoothly. It’s also saying that the limit has been reached on my other design spaces too, meaning that the renders are going to be of a low quality when completed.

It's saying that I now need to purchase extra credits, and providing a notice that I only have a minimum available. Which is odd when usually this has been smooth and spot on every time when in use.

I was unsure if anyone else has came across this problem and have any suggestions of how to fix it? I’ve tried renewing the account and transferring to local renders but it seems to reduce the quality significantly.
All other areas of fusion are running smoothly and without any errors.

If there is any other contacts available or solutions from people that have been met with a similar issue, it would be great if someone could send them across as this is becoming quite an urgent matter.

Any suggestions are appreciated!
Thanks!
