Renaming in Manufacture Tab renames ALL operations

In the Manufacture Tab I added an operation to a Setup. This was the 10th operation in the list. 

I gave the operation a custom name.

I dragged that operation to the top of the list.

I made a minor change to the name of the operation.

All the operations took on that name.

This is about the 5th time this has happened over the span of 4 months.

Do you happen to have a method of reproducing this issue? In the past several months we've done some work to improve the renaming, I was fairly certain this issue was laid to rest...

Hi Seth,
I just tried to duplicate the issue with no success.
When the problem happened, I did Undo and that fixed it, so it's not a
major issue. I'm glad to hear you've been working on this issue; Until
yesterday, the naming issue hasn't occurred for me in about 4 months, so
I'd say you've been very successful.

Okay, do let us know if you run into it again, we certainly want to make sure this issue is resolved for good (or as close as possible)
